These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of orders with Borderless Cosmos Limited (owner of the brand Cheap Houses in France). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order of any product on https://cheap.housesinfrance.fr.
By submitting your order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
Order
When placing an order for Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
Borderless Cosmos shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
Pricing and Payement
You will be charged in American Dollars (USD)
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the order.
Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) ; (2) PayPal.
The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Schedule
Regular orders are generally shipped between 24 to 72 hours after we received your order.
Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Borderless Cosmos Limited does not represent or warrant that it will be able to deliver the Product by the estimated date.
As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated delivery is not met, Borderless Cosmos Limited is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule.
Cancellation
Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) may cancel a reservation by terminating an order operation at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) cancels your order you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.
As a Buyer, you have 24 hours to cancel an order you made on https://cheap.housesinfrance.fr. If you do so, you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.
Returns
Borderless Cosmos Limited does not accept any Returns if the product received is in Good Condition. In “Good Condition” means that the product received does not have any defects. If the product received is not in Good Condition, the customer has 48 hours to send pictures of the damage to Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) by email (guillaume@housesinfrance.fr). Borderless Cosmos Limited will then arrange a new delivery of the product for free.
Free lifetime update for digital products
For some of our digital products, we offer free lifetime update. If this is the case, it will alway be mentioned on the product page.
Free lifetime update means that the customer will be able to download, for free, all future updates of a digital product. When a digital product is updated, Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) will send an email to all eligible customers for a free update. Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) will only recognize an eligible customer by the email provided in the original order.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement. In the event that Borderless Cosmos Limited is held liable for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these Terms is subject to the Laws of Hong Kong.
In the absence of resolution, the dispute will be brought in front of a Court of Law in Hong Kong.
Change to the “Terms”
Borderless Cosmos Limited (Cheap Houses in France) reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, you will have 72 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.
